There is a frequent bus service from the airport to the bus station in Parnell Place in Cork city centre. There is also a taxi rank located outside the main terminal. The cost is approximately EUR 17 from the airport to the hotel. Most attractions are accessible on foot from the centre of Cork. Those wanting to go further afield can use the city's bus system. Exploration of the surrounding countryside is best done by car. Driving directions: From the airport, take the first exit off the roundabout and continue towards the next roundabout. Just before the second roundabout take the slip road off to the left. Continue to Sarsfield roundabout and take the third exit continuing up Sarsfield road to the Wilton roundabout. Take the second exit and drive through two sets of traffic lights. Stay in the left lane and continue on to next set of traffic lights. Turn left on to the Killarney road (N22).
