Mother Nature gets in the way of our plans again!

Today we started off the day with a huge breakfast, getting right into the swing of things of over indulging in food on cruises. Later on Mom and Dad convinced us to play some BINGO, which was actually a good time. Hey, gambling is gambling, right?!

We also checked out an art auction (free champagne) and then got dressed up for our formal dinner night. Lot of people will wear a tuxedo or something along those lines, but not our family. All the guys sticked with 3 piece suits, neon bright shirts and classy ties. We strutted throughout the boat and got plenty of looks, all that I am sure were jealous ones!

...the Captain saying that winds were too strong for us to sail through the islands of Sweden to reach Stockholm.

Dinner was great with us looking super classy, but we got an announcement from the Captain saying that winds were too strong for us to sail through the islands of Sweden to reach Stockholm. So now we are docking a hour train ride south of Stockholm. It will be a  bit more of a pain to reach the city now, but at least we are able to make it in and we wont lose too much time to see the city. We are rolling with the punches once again, nothing else to do. It is all part of traveling, as we already know! 

So I am crashing out so we can wake up early to catch the tender that will take us over to the mainland so we can then catch two trains to make it to the city. I am looking forward to seeing Stockholm!
