2 days in Venice

Venice is one of the few cities in the world that can be truly described as unique. We had an overnight stay (on the cruise ship), so we could explore the city quite well.  Once again we decided to visit such city on our own - by walk.  We had ample time to walk through the narrow streets & over bridges passing over water canals.

Mainly we visited Piazza San Marco & Ponte di Rialto.  We also had time to purchase a typical ' carnival mask ' .
