"This was a great hotel.My husband and I went to cancun in September for our 8th anniversary.Well as soon as we got to our hotel they were trying to get us to upgrade and also sell us time shares,so be carful.This was two whole days of them calling our hotel and leaving unwantd messages about discount cards and such.If you do stay here it is nice and has friendly staff but you have to pay for EVERYTHING!" — source Travelocity
