General Manager of the hotel, Nick Patel, explains that staff at this hotel “go beyond what is required.” He recalls that recently a guest from Dallas had stayed at this hotel and had forgotten their prescription medicine. Unable to mail these prescription drugs, a desk clerk took it upon herself to meet the guest and deliver the prescription. By going out of her way to help this guest, the desk clerk demonstrated her commitment to Super 8’s customers. We had our privacy yet if we needed something everyone was very willing to do whatever it was that we needed. I would stay at this hotel again with no hesitation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. After staying in other hotels you sometimes forget that there are hotels out there that have people that care how your stay is.
