Super 8 Lonoke for Exceptional Hospitality

written by Teresa Nielsen

Super 8 Lonoke

One of the few indoor Super 8 hotels, the Super 8 Lonoke is Recommended by Real Travelers. Rated 4.5 out of 5 based on 13 reviews from across the web, this property is the perfect place for leisure travelers looking to stay outside of the busy city of Little Rock, Arkansas.

This 48 room hotel also has 2 room suites, that are larger than normal and include a sleeper couch. Guest rooms are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Visitors will love the free continental breakfast, business center, and heated indoor pool.

General Manager of the hotel, Nick Patel, explains that staff at this hotel “go beyond what is required.” He recalls that recently a guest from Dallas had stayed at this hotel and had forgotten their prescription medicine. Unable to mail these prescription drugs, a desk clerk took it upon herself to meet the guest and deliver the prescription. By going out of her way to help this guest, the desk clerk demonstrated her commitment to Super 8’s customers. One Real Traveler notes “The staff and facilities have never dissapointed my wife and I… the motel is clean, friendly, and safe.”

The Super 8 Lonoke lives up to its mission statement, “to provide exceptional hospitality services and unique lodging needs to our valued guests.”

Tarplee elaborates, “It is very important for us to create culture within this hotel because we have many international travelers.” By understanding the needs of their visitors, no matter where they are visiting from, staff at the hotel make everyone feel welcome and ensure that every individual has a hassle-free stay. One grateful Real Traveler explains, “This hotel is the best hotel that we could’ve wanted. The staff went out of their way to help us in anyway possible. We had our privacy yet if we needed something everyone was very willing to do whatever it was that we needed. I would stay at this hotel again with no hesitation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. After staying in other hotels you sometimes forget that there are hotels out there that have people that care how your stay is. A big Thank you and well done go out.”
